We have an older home and they did a great job getting the mount to work for our Frame TV.

The two installers arrived on time and were very professional. They were neat, knowledgeable, cared about how I wanted the TV positioned and when they left my home never knew they had been there except a TV had been added. Am very happy with this service and will use them in The future.

The agent mounted a tv and installed a sound bar for my son at his new house and the agent was super nice and professional.

they were quick and nice, and i appreciated them making sure it was mounted well and in the right place. giving 4 stars cuz one of the techs spoke so quiet i could barely hear him but other than that, service could be cheaper or included aside from bracket when ur spending over 2k on the tv but overall good service

The agents came and mounted my TV super quickly. They were very cautious with my television and wore their masks the entire time they were in my house. They didn’t leave until it was perfect and helped me update the tv and install my sound bar with ease!

Great couple of guys efficient in getting the old tv down and installing the new one. Set it up and cleaned up after themselves . Easy to talk to about tech issues.

I purchased this mount to replace another type of mount. It is far superior and much easier to adjust if needed. The Geek squad guys were great installing the new one.

The Geek Squad killed it once again! Very skilled and professional. They got it right the first time with ease and answered all my questions with a smile.

The two guys that came to mount our tv did a great job. They measured and taped up where exactly where I wanted the tv to show exactly where it would be.... They then drilled our wall for the mount and hung the tv. They showed us we can move it side to side, tilt it, and also showed us how to remove the TV incase we ever need to take it down... highly recommend.

The technician arrived on time with everything they needed to mount and connect our 75” TV. They completed the job with no mess. They were very efficient. We were pleased with everything.

Both techs that came were nice and professional. Nothing against them, but I wish Best Buy would let them refund items you didn't need. He was able to charge my card for an HDMI cable...but couldn't refund to brackets I bought and didn't need. Had to drive back to store and do it.

The installers were professional, and efficient. I found them to be a huge source of knowledge about the tv I had purchased and did a great job explaining how to access the features of the tv.

Technicians were polite, professional and knowledgeable. In addition to mounting the TV, they setup the remote and everything I had connected. Outstanding! Best money I spent!
