The installers did a great job of installing the TV wall mount and mounting the TV to the mount kit. They also mounted the cable box so that it was out of sight and able to access the cable box signal.

The guys that came out to install a full motion TV wall mount were great. They were on time, professional, were considerate of their surroundings. Took the time needed to get the job done right and perfect.. I did have to call them back for something minor, and they were the same way when they returned.

Professional team of Geek Squad installers quickly removed our old plasma tv and installed our 4K smart 50 inch Vizio TV. Followed all Covid safety procedures and were in, out with old TV in about an hour. Did all Internet and Directv hookups! Great job.

The guys that came out were very friendly and knew exactly what to do. They cleaned up after installing the 85” TV on the wall.

Agents installed television mount very quickly and without incident. Had issues getting television to work after they left, originally thought it was a cable issue until discovering they unplugged two cords and not plugged them back in

The team that came out to install my TV was wonderful! They were knowledgeable, friendly, clean, and even pet friendly! They did a great job on centering everything and answering any questions that I had.

They got the work done yet left the issue on the other wall and I still need to resolve it. I had to push to get them to get a part I needed to finish the job. The new install looks awesome.

The Geek Squad did an amazing job hanging both my 65” and 48” TV. I told them exactly where I wanted them mounted and they did perfectly! Would definitely recommend them! Awesome job guys!

nightmare trying to get this installation done. Set it up in Nov. on the day of purchase to be 12/17, they no showed, didn't call. On the phone trying to get scheduled, supposed to be next day. Nope, then I went to store ...manager got things in motion!!! Got a call and she said next available would be 01/08 and she'd give me a $50 gift card for the troubles, told her that was an insult, to keep her card, I'd have to cancel whole thing...then all of a sudden I was given a slot the next Fri. These guys showed up and did a good job, came from Buffalo (telephone installation co) I'm not happy with BB for this and buying a printer that doesn't work...wanted me to pay $100 to have a geek come to house to do better work than one over the phone. called Epson, then can't fix either. Guess I'm taking that back.

Just amazing and a great value! Bryce and crew were awesome!! Took them a couple of hours to do what would have taken my husband and I all weekend and it is right!!! Zip tied cords and everything!! I am seriously impressed!

The agents did a good job mounting my TV, answered all my questions and had the TV which I purchased some time before at Best Buy up and running to my liking. Was very happy with the job done.

The installers were professional, courteous and totally upfront about not needing some items I purchased (in-wall cable concealer, didn't need it because was for a Samsung Art tv). They were open to explore my request for a particular install (needed the cables run elsewhere), but were also upfront about why they weren't able to do it. I recommend TotalTech because install for both TVs I purchased was free.

The Geek Squad arrived on time and had the new tv installed in short order. They hauled off all the boxes and cleaned up after themselves. They were very informative and I recommend them highly.
