The agent that mounted my TV was extremely professional and considerate. For COVID precautions, they had shoe covers that they put on/off when the entered and left my house. He also wore a mask the entire time. Would definitely use this service again.

Best Buy's experienced installers were on-time and knew exactly how to mount and connect everything for my 75-inch TV. In my case they mounted the TV above our fireplace. They programed the TV and explained everything for basic operation.

After buying a new 65" TV, I figured it was time to wall mount both of my TVs. The Geek Squad folks arrived promtply, and finished the mounting in a timely manner. Both TVs were mounted to my exact specifications, and look great. No fuss, no mess, just perfect installation. Again, let the Pros do it!

Geek squad is the best! At my age I just can't do what i used to. I had them install 2 new TV's and they did a wonderful job, very professional and in and out in a timely manner. Definetly the way to go to have it installed properly.

Loe and jasmyne that came to install the tv did a great job! They called, took pictures of what they were doing before they finally hung the tv. I would recommend them!

Love the new 2 TV's I bought and Total Tech is great and already used that twice as they came to install the Sonos speaker. Geek Squad was very helpful and knowledgeable in setting everything up.

I thought it was excessive to charge the amount you did when all they had to do was swap out two TVs. No mounting was needed. They also tuned the harmony.

There were 3 tvs to hang on the wall, along with a couple of sound systems and then some! Those guys did a phenomenal job

My tv was mounted to my wall well, and I am able to use it. However, I bought a sound bar and speaker as well, along with something to hide the wires. None of these things were set up by the tech. They are still in the box, the wires are exposed. I went to Best Buy to have these things taken care of and was told it would cost me over $300. I decided to take care of it myself. I was hoping my handyman would do it, but he has been sick for the last week, and I don't know when he will be well to do this last little bit - drill 2 holes - so the sound bar can be mounted. I feel very frustrated with the whole situation. I don't know what to do.

The installation went great but we already had a mounting system set up for them to install the mounting bracket for the TV. We had to install a custom backing for the TV because of where it had to be mounted but either way the guys were very careful to ensure the TV was going to be stable for years to come.

The bestbuy team was very professional. They answered all of my questions and did a great job installing my Sony tv. They also moved my downstairs tv to a better position. Thank you guys.

The Geek Squad was awesome. The gentlemen mounted my television and showed my daughter and I how to set the up our television. Everything is so high tech it was a little challenging. I received a phone call right before they arrived and everything was done in under 30 minutes.

The tech team did a great job, showed up early and were very quick.
