In my younger years I tackled projects like this on my own. Sometimes with regrets. Imposing on friends and relatives to assist with mounting a larger screen TV is not worth it. "Let The Geek Squad Pros Do It". No regrets. The two member Squad team worked like a friendly well oiled machine. They had necessary hardware available on their truck. Hooked up my streaming devices, soundbar and verified that they were all functioning properly. Answered all my questions and took away all the packaging. In short "Let The Geek Squad Pros Do It".

Josh and Chris did a great professional job mounting my t.v and organizing my mountain of cable wires.disposing of my old t.v.I can't say enough about what a wonderful job they did

This was a tricky install because it is in a tight corner & on a weird angle. The installers did a great job!

The agent mounted my TV as easy as 1.2.3.. He also programmed and setup the television. Overall job well done. Once you have discovered a good tech; I would like to request that tech all the time. I don’t like having a different Geek Squad Agent for each assignment.

The agent mounted my TV according to my desire. Connected the TV. There was a problem. Call Comcast. They had a problem that was fixed in two days. It was Comcast’s problem. Geek squad did everything correctly. Happy with their service.

Best Buy’s Geek Squad team mounted my television in less then 1 hour. After my TV was mounted on the wall, they explained all details and left the area cleaned as if they was never there. Great job Geek Squad!

Jarod Heintz was my installer! He was so fast getting my 75” TV mounted and he took the time to walk me thru the set up. He answered all my questions and was extremely knowledgeable about the product as well as explaining all the functions the TV offered. He listened intently to any conveniences I requested from my TV and he educated me on how to access them if I wanted to make any further changes! My TV’s technology was intimidating at first but he made it very easy for me! I would be stumbling around had Jarod not been here to make it such a pleasurable and educational experience! Another perfect TV install (TV, sound bar, brackets) for a Samsung in the master bedroom. Knowledgeable and polite tech guys!

Mounted TV, showed me how to work the remote and left, not a Geek Squad person, someone they subsidise with. Parts had to be ordered for the stand that held the previous TV.

The installers were fast, efficient and neat. Everything worked as it is supposed too, so couldn't ask for anything more than that
