They arrived swiftly and installed the tv with ease they even proved it was on there well would call them when mounting my next tv

The T V and mount were set up quickly, connected all devices and gave instructions on how to use them.

The agent mounted the tv on my existing wall mount. He was quick and thorough and provided instructions on how to use the tv and remote controls. He was polite and neat and tidy, disposing of all packing materials and the old tv.

The individuals who provided the service were excellent. Very prompt, professional and courteous. They did a fantastic job, and knew their stuff!

It took two trips for the techs but it all ended well. The first trip was a bust when the tech missed the outlet that was behind the TV and told us we needed to install one to make it legal! Oh well, we needed to reschedule and all was ok. The tech team did a good job of replacing our TV mount, TV, and programming our remote.

They hooked up my tv . and all my devices we just had a problem with the door bell and I had to call my alarm company to come out to fix that problem and now it works fine.

I was worried about mounting my 85 inch TV. So many things could go wrong but Geek Squad was able to mount it without any issues or damage. It looks amazing on my wall: all the wires are hidden and there is enough space to hide my game consoles too.

The Geek Squad takes the hassle of mounting the tv properly. The team installed the tv just where I wanted it. The frustration of setting up the tv and reading manuals is eliminated. The Geek Squad sets up the tv then showed me how to use all of the features. I use them for everything I can.

Great full motion TV mount, heavy duty and very sturdy. Geek Squad explained several options for the TV mount and since I needed to move the TV out from the wall and angle it, they recommended a full motion TV mount. The mount was installed by the Geek Squad which did an outstanding job of both installing the TV mount and setting up my new TV. They were very neat and tidy during the installation. Have my newly purchased 55" TV mounted and it works tremendously. I have repositioned my TV several times with ease. It has cable channels in the back arms of the mount to hide your cords. Purchased because most of the new TV's have the legs at the ends and I have a small TV cabinet and didn't want to purchase a new cabinet. Highly recommend both the TV mount and Geek Squad to install. Very pleased with this purchase.

They arrived on time, Practiced social distancing. Install was fast, and proper time was spent on set-up and answering questions. The next day I had a question about a message on the TV, so I called the installer, and he answered it quickly and correctly.

The serviceman did all the removal of old TV, put it into new room, set it up and then hung the connector on the wall and attached the new TV. He then set up the capabilities and showed my husband how to use it. It was the best money spent as I would never have done all of that so quick and easy.

Geek Squad tv installers are great. I have had them install two different TVs during the pandemic and it’s been a quick and efficient job both times. I am a member of the Tech Support club so having them install a $65” TV for $49 is a great deal!

The staff who installed this did a great job! The person at the store who sold it to me left out a few major pieces. Once the install team was here it required additional parts resulting in $150 on top of the install fee. This would of been nice to know up front.

I have to review this as amazing. The Geek Squad installers are always profession and respect my home when they install. I can’t be more satisfied than their work. Thank you Geek Squad, Best buy, and Magnolia!
