I purchased a wall mount at Best Buy based on the salesperson recommendation and arranged for installation. When the installers arrived, they quickly set to work and found the the mount I'd purchase would not work for my tv. They explained the situation, and fortunately, they had a mount on the truck that would be the correct size. The installers were knowledgeable, pleasant and efficient, and after they connected my television to the cable box, they tied the cables together and showed me which of the remotes I needed to use for the services on my TV. Thank you Nathan!

The agents mounted the tv and helped walk us through where it would fit best. Also, worked with us on recommending sound systems and warranty that we inquired about.

the wall installation was great It was done fast and professionally. Unfortunately the sound bar could not be used and we will have to purchase another sound bar

The assembly and install was perfect. They arrived on time, assembled my tv mount and hung the tv. Afterwards everything was cleaned up and all packing removed from my house. And in record time. The Geek Squad was very personable and friendly.. I am very happy on how well everything went.

Install was well done, we needed a hanger for our sound bar, they said that the y usually would have one in the truck that they could sell us but they were out and would orders us one, have not heard anything.

Everything was done great just had to switch out tv the photo one did not fit mounted on the wall so they took it back I believe still waiting on a refund on it as well!

The techs were very professional and explained the use and differences in each mount. We had forgot one mount and they came prepared with an extra one which was very helpful. The checkout process was easy and I would use the Geek Squad again because they know what they are doing!

The installers mounted my 75 inch tv, cleaned all the packaging, showed me how to use everything and connected our Netflix and Hulu so we didn't have to.
