Efficient with their mounting and installation. Only thing was the remote was not fully reviewed. These were Sub- Contractors and NOT the Geek Squad. Later did get a member of the Geek Squad who was rather thorough in reviewing the purchase.

The agents helped mount a TV in a tricky corner - great service, extremely friendly and cleaned up. Definitely recommend the Geek Squad services!

The two gentlemen that cam to install my 75 inch tv were very knowledgeable, punctual, and super efficient. They had my tv installed and programmed lickity split! Super professional! Will use Geek Squad going forward for any installs.

Mitch & Dizzy were here during the promised timeframe; they were friendly, professional, and efficient. The unit was securely installed, as was the flat screen to the unit. They explained what they were doing and instructed us on how to properly adjust the mount.

They were quick and did a great job making sure everything was working correctly and that I unstood how everything worked before they left.

Tb connect was great, we got wireless wall connect and geek squad agent dug a hole in wall and fixed all for us.. they have extra HDMI cable and optical cable for purchase incase u need it. Very fast and safe service. J am never mounting my tv myself again

The team was great - one time, precise placement of holdups and TV. Clean-up was perfect. Clear instructions and all questions were answered. Very courteous.

The gentleman were nice but should have told at the beginning of mounting or appointment that when putting TV in flat position against wall, it will not be in the middle. It is only in the middle when you pull it away from the wall.

on time. very pleasant. did a professional job mounting TVs. cleaned up. Ran into a little problem with house material behind paneling. Figured it out, make appropriate adjustments. Excellent job!!

I'm so pleased with my "on the wall" TV installation. I didn't put it up myself, but had the Geek Squad do it, since I'm very short. The TV mounting is strong and completely hidden behind the TV. I'm very happy with it!

Definitely worth every penny. They make sure everything is level and don’t leave until you are satisified with the installation. Great job!

The two guys that installed our TV were EXCELLENT. They were very careful unpacking it, installed on it on the wall and even set it up for us & explained how it worked.

The installers were professional, courteous and totally upfront about not needing some items I purchased (in-wall cable concealer, didn't need it because was for a Samsung Art tv). They were open to explore my request for a particular install (needed the cables run elsewhere), but were also upfront about why they weren't able to do it. I recommend TotalTech because install for both TVs I purchased was free.

Arrived when they said they would. Called adhead to make sure everything was accessible. Very efficient and knowledgeable with the install!

I had a 65n inch LG TV mounted buy two of the geek squad guys and they were fantastic. They not only did a wonderful job they were also incredibly knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. Would definitely recommend their service

Great picture easy to use. Geek squad set it up and showed my wife & I how to use equipment and remote.

The service is excellent for the price and was also done by a well qualified technician in a very short time.

The agreement I had with the geek squad was to install to holding brackets and mount two TV’s. However, the brackets for the sound bar were not with the sound bar brackets. The geek squad tech said he would return in a couple of days with brackets and putting cables in the wall. It has now been over a month and nothing from this tech. The tech was a great guy and did excellent work on the areas completed. The overall issue is no return follow up as promised. I also gave the lower rating for the communication lack between order taker, parts department. I would just like to have it completed

Really happy with their service and safety protocols. Done in about 30 minutes. Glad I got their service as my apartment had both wood and metal studs so they were drillin pretty hard. Super clean, super nice, super service, and super safe!
