Love Geek Squad installation. The agents were on time, efficient and super friendly. They installed my TV and connected it to all my devices. They showed me how to use the different functions and removed all debris.

The geek squad mounted our new TV in our bedroom. They were very professional, very neat and very informative. When the job was finished and all our questions answered they made sure the room was left as clean or cleaner than when they arrived.

The Rep was on time, very helpful, mounted the TV exactly where we wanted it with little to no disruption or mess. He was terrific!

The team came in and set up the TV. Very professional and friendly. When they were done they took away all the boxes.

After scheduling two weeks in advance, they were late so we had to reschedule - then for $200 all they did was screw the mount into the back of the TV - a 3 minute job for $200. WOW! Why didn't I do it myself? I was in Dallas, or I would have! I figured that for $200, they would do a good job. The new TV screw holes are higher than the old TV screw holes, but do you think that for $200 Geek Squad would mount the TV's even? Nope! The installer said he would even them out if we pay him more, but $200 should have been enough to do a good job. I wasn't going to keep throwing money away. I scheduled someone else to come and make the TV's even. (and they didn't charge $200). I will NEVER use Geek Squad again, and I'm an ElitePlus member (Over $5000 per year spent) at Best Buy. I need to find a new place to buy my TV's, tablets, phones and computers. It is sad that when someone spends over $1400 for a TV and install, and Geek Squad gives them this embarrassment! The agents were fantastic. They mounted 4 TV's, 2 outside and 2 inside, and did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend!

The guys that came and installed and hung our televisions were nothing short of awesome. The cleaned up after themselves and were good to explain what they were doing and how to operate the televisions after they were finished. I highly recommend them.

The agent mounted my TV and set up my TV and make sure everything was in working order and showed me everything and asked if I had any questions or needed to be shown anything to be set up, super professional and efficent.

Jacob and Colton did an amazing job mounting three TV’s for us! They communcated regarding their arrival,and were very cordial and respectful. We appreciated how highly skilled, organized, and considerate they were in the placing of the mounts and set up, making sure everything was in an appropriate position for the room, and that everything worked properly. They cleaned everything up extremely well, We were extremely happy to have these two very professional young men as service providers!

The technician arrived ahead of schedule and wall-mounted my TV set quickly, using my existing mount. He was polite and professional, and kept the area clean.

Home Installation service was done very professionally. I like the way they explained everything they are doing. Helped in setting up the speakers and aligned the TV very well. Hats off to their service.
