Two guys came to install my new 100in TV. After the team finished wall mounting it, they showed me some of the TVs quality features.

The Squad arrived right on time, spent five minutes to review the installation, and got right to work. The install was smooth, just as hoped for, and everything was cleaned up and trash removed in short order.

I needed to raise my previously Geek Squad mounted display just a few inches and the guys that came were very quick and professional about it even asking several times if I was happy with the results. Highly recommended and definitely worth the cost!

The delivery and set up was done in an expeditious manner. The operation and functions of the television were explained thoroughly. The two gentlemen that delivered my television set were kind, considerate, and respectful of my property.

The Geek Squad installed my TV, made sure the wifi was installed, checked the TV to make sure all channels and streaming services worked correctly. Cleaned up and took all trash away. They were a very perfessional group and wanted to make sure we were happy with what theydid.

The guys were quick, professional and respectful of my home. our 75" TV was mounted on the wall, with the cables hidden. The techs arrived on time, explained what was to be done and how it would be done, and after I approved the location, did it quickly with a full clean-up afterward. Could I have done it myself? Yes, but it would have taken me longer to figure out what needed to be done, gather the tools, try to understand the instructions and arrange a friend to come and help lift and hold the TV. For the price it was well worth it to not have to hassle with this two person job, and to have people who knew exactly what needed to be done and how to do it. Their teamwork was pretty good, too, with each one doing part of the job concurrently.

This install was worth every penny. Juan and his partner did a great job. We were concerned over COVID-19 and they wore masks and wiped down everything. They even wiped the door knobs as they left my house. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received.

The agent provided us with a professional, timely, expert TV mount installation and even vacuumed up the work area afterwards leaving no debris behind. The Geek Squad has consistently provided us with outstanding service.

Best Buy installer showed up late, but he called to say why so that was fine. He was very professional and did the job quickly and effeciently. Did thorough cleanup. Very courteous. Helped to set up the functions and explained how to use the remote.

Another perfect TV install (TV, sound bar, brackets) for a Samsung in the master bedroom. Knowledgeable and polite tech guys!
