Javier and Jessica worked closely with us to locate the ideal location for our 77" TV. They were the most professional and polite close-knit team we have ever had in a home. They even had us think about the TV height based on someone sitting on the couch and would we be able to see over their head, which we had not considered. TV is centered and level thanks to precision math Javier performed. Jessica wound all of our speaker wires, zip tied them and labeled them. Precise and perfect installation.

The agents mounted my TV and connected it to my devices. They demonstrated how to use the remote. They cleaned up all dust and dirt generated by drilling and securing the TV mount.

The agents did a fine job putting my entertainment center together and mounting my tv on the wall. They connected all my devices too. They were quick, efficient, friendly and courteous.

Geek Squad did a great job installing my TV. It was a fairly high wall mount, but they got it mounted quickly and without issue.

I had Geek Squad come mount a new 65" tv on the wall and a soundbar. The guys that came were professional, and talked to you like a normal person. Tech lovers for sure. I would recommend the service

The third party crew was efficient, not at all explanatory about what.they are doing. It was not their fault that their instructions were incomplete. They didn't install the outlet on wall behind the TV. Cords are now hanging freely, not tucked away. They weren't told the TV was to be installed over fireplace but they did hang it there. They were irritated by this issue and the fact that I was mad. At end, I was quickly taken through functions of the TV and soundbar. They took all packaging away. Would have been nice to have some info on the mounting frame. It should tilt downward but it doesn't. So I took a star off for that.

They came on time, we’re very customer focused, friendly and efficient. They helped set everything up properly and showed how work the controls. Great team.

Excellent service...did everything that was ask to do! Set up where needed, set up my internet connect and tested all my stations.

Installer was on time, very pleasant and knowledgeable. He did a great job installing the mount, explaining every needed to know, and cleaning up afterwards.

I already had a suitable mount installed by myself and internal wires upgraded to HDMI 2 (3) and Ethernet plus a USB for no good reason than I did not want to open the wall up again. I had no trouble removing my 55" Samsung but since I live alone I figured I should let the guys install my new 85" LG so I would not have to A) Get help and B) Induce pressure marks on the screen from mishandling. It was over in about 15 minutes... 12 minutes for unboxing and 3 minutes to hang the TV and set it up. (I use my TV as a Monitor and do not have Cable TV) The guys even mentioned they did not have to program WIFI since I had provided Ethernet to the TV. A pleasant if somewhat pricey install.

The two service men were very friendly, knowledgeable, conscientious and cleaned up after installing our 75” Sony wall mounted TV.
