These young men were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, fast and clean. They kept us updated about arrival time and there was no mess left behind. I opted for this service because this large TV needed to be wall-mounted. That said, I’d love to know that the “Geeks” were getting every penny of the cost of this service, because it was expensive for under 30 minutes of work, and I doubt Best Buy pays them that well!

The geek squad team who installed 2 flat panel tv's-one over a fireplace and another on wall in large bedroom, did a wonderful job and installed the mounts perfectly centered and where I wanted them to be. They did great on clean up and no damage at all with the tv's or the walls they were mounted on.

I do a lot of things myself. This isn't one of them. If I'm buying a large TV and mounting it on a wall, I prefer to hire professionals to do the job. They were polite and quick in setting it up. They stayed a bit to show my father the features of the TV

Forgot i never wrote this. Guys were in and out easily and cleaned up after their work. set the TV at the desired height which was above 8ft and showed how the mount works for my knowledge. worth the service than any mishandling on self-effort.

our installer Art and his assistant were just wonderful. They had a minor adjustment to do after the fact, and Art came back to our home a few days later. He said everything up and now it’s working perfectly.

The power source on my high end Sony TV went within a year of purchase. Sony would replace the power unit, but would not remove the tv and replace on the wall. After the power unit was replaced the Geek squad came out to remount and relevel the TV and to tie the bundle of cords behind the TV.

Alfonso and Aleena are fabulous! They are a great combination of professional and personal. I would refer the Geek Squad to my friends and family because of them.
