Professionalism, fast and easy looking process of the installation TV to the wall. First what impressed me is the level of excellent communication. When he walked inside the apartment, he wears the shoe covers to protect the floor from damaging and getting dirty. We had very nice and pleasant conversation, well educated in his field. Experienced, respectful, neat , quick, done the job with a minimum possible amount of dirt and surprisingly left the work place very clean after installing the Tv on the drywall.

We were impressed that only one tech showed up to mount our outdoor television. Although he was an hour late he called prior to the initial time and was very apologetic. After installing the tv he made sure we were able to sign in and even installed a sound bar we purchased. Thank you so much!

The mounting of our 85" Samsung QLED TV was not typical as it had to be mounted in our church sanctuary. The installers got it EXACTLY they way we needed. I (the pastor) was VERY impressed. It took them less than an hour to get it mounted & set up.

The Geek Squad team was very professional in their attitude and appearance. Consulted with me on placement of my TVs and explained their decision making. Taped out where TV would be on fireplace and large walls before making holes. They were very careful with the equipment being installed and to ensure the minimal drilling of holes into walls/brick (measure twice, cut once). Wore protective covering on their feet. I had a TV that was damaged out of the box. They took care of the return/reorder and will be back out this week to install the new one. I bought the Totaltech membership and the install was at no additional cost to me. The membership is worth it if you don't want to install it yourself.

The guys were professional and efficient. Lead technician showed me how to do the streaming. I would have never been able to set the TV up without them.

We are really enjoying are great new TV! The color is bright and true. We love having it wall mounted. That enhances are viewing experience. We highly recommend this TV!!

The Geek squad techs carefully unloaded TV & soundbar. Then installed both items & HDMI cables properly. Synchronized all electronics to satelite cable.

There wasn't anything geek about these guys, my install went smooth, everything being done was explained. They arrived on time, knew there stuff, no blunder, had all my equipment, it just great, I would use this service again
