Geek squad installed (almost). Two TV’s for me…..

However, the brackets for the sound bar were not with the sound bar brackets. The geek squad tech said he would return in a couple of days with brackets and putting cables in the wall. It has now been over a month and nothing from this tech. The tech was a great guy and did excellent work on the areas completed. The overall issue is no return follow up as promised. I also gave the lower rating for the communication lack between order taker, parts department. I would just like to have it completed
