The agents did a great job once they saw I wasn't about to buy their tv mounts which cost more when I had already purchased the ones I wanted to use which had more functions to it & was cheaper.

The agents did an awesome job of installing my tv as requsted. They cleaned up and took garbage with them.

These young men were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, fast and clean. They kept us updated about arrival time and there was no mess left behind. I opted for this service because this large TV needed to be wall-mounted. That said, I’d love to know that the “Geeks” were getting every penny of the cost of this service, because it was expensive for under 30 minutes of work, and I doubt Best Buy pays them that well!

Geek Squad mounted and installed with existing wall mount with no problem. Only issue was trying to synch old soundbar without HDMI. Agent tried his best to find a code that would connect soundbar to TV but without success.

The agent installed two wall mounts for me with ease. He was on time and cleaned up after before he left. I have used the best buy geek squad additionally to put together an entertainment center. They are the only ones I trust to get the job done right!

the agents came and quickly mounted my tv. They triple checked before actually mounting to make sure we were in agreement on the location of the tv. They were friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend them and will use them again!

I utilized this service due to a tv swap. I wasn’t looking forward to trying to mount the tv myself so I opted for this service. I’m thankful that I did. They did a great job and had it adjusted perfectly.

We could not be happier with the service we received. The installation was very smooth. Guys answered all of our questions and made sure we new how to use the equipment befor they left. Cleaned up and took away old tv. Everything was great.

They quickly removed an old (90 lb) TV, replaced the mounts and installed the new TV and then even set up the remote. No mess, just quickly and easily got things switched over. Very nice.

I have always connected my new TV's but decided to let Best Buy do it this time and i am so glad i did. They delivered, unboxed, mounted, and connected the television, Receiver, DirecTV and Blu Ray and then showed me how to use everything. I would highly recommend!!!!

Fantastic service, these guys had to come back the next day, because the fireplace stone dulled all their drill bits, but they came back with diamond bits and got the job done!

Techs were super careful with TV physical set up. Also was very helpful in explaning features, connecting devices, and optimizing our experience.
