The agent mounted our television and connected it very efficiently. I was particularly impressed with the agents' ability to explain how to use the new television, how to check for WiFi quality and how to get a better signal.

The install date was changed with no notification to me. I found out about it when I called the night before the delivery was supposed to occur. When the rescheduled date arrived, only one member of the two man team showed up. The one who showed up gets a five, but the overall rating suffers because of the schedule foulup and the no-show.

Geek Squad (Sterling and Melena) where great to work with. Arrived on time,did the install and set a up the equipment without any issues. Programmers remotes and made sure everything was working and we were satisfied before leaving. Highly recommend them.

Efficient with their mounting and installation. Only thing was the remote was not fully reviewed. These were Sub- Contractors and NOT the Geek Squad. Later did get a member of the Geek Squad who was rather thorough in reviewing the purchase.

He arrived on time and mounted the TV with no problem. After he was done, he showed how to move the TV around.

The Geeks delivered my three T.V.s and installed them on three of our walls. They connected them to the internet and gave us instructions on how to use them. One did not work properly. We call them back. They brought a new T.V. and installed it the following day. It worked great. These guys know their stuff.
