Very happy with the install of our TV. Had some questions about the best position on the wall and was hoping to get some good advice. We could tell how much experience and knowledge they had hanging TVs. Well worth it.

The Geek Squad Team installed our new Samsung 75" ultra HD TV and new DVD player. They did a very neat and perfect installation of the TV. Connected and tested everything, and then spent 20 minutes showing us how to operate everything . Terrific and very personable service.

The Geek Squad guys did an excellent job and even did more than expected. They made sure all the wires stayed hidden behind the TV once mounted on the wall. And then made sure I knew all the in's and out's with the remotes.

The Geek Squad tech, Sean, is an ASSET to the Best Buy's Geek Squad team!!! He was extremely professional, thorough, and installed our TV with such great care. This is my first time using Geek Squad and honestly it has been a wonderful experience. Sean is also very knowledgeable about TVs, its setup, and associated settings. We has multiple questions and he answered all of them in detail. Sean knows his stuff. I was pleasantly surprised he knew so much. He even followed up with us to make sure we are having a great experience with our TV and everything is working per our expectations. Simply put, Sean is the BEST, and I MEAN, THE BEST, technician we have come across!! Best Buy, you need to give Sean a raise!! :)

the guys are so knowlegible and they ask you and share their opinion on where they think it would be best stud wise. i have had three of these tv put in and have been very happy and would reccommend the geek squad

These guys are masterful experienced and do not quit until the job is done and done correcrtly - Sort of Like : Do it Right the First Time so they don't have to spend more travel time in coming back because something not hooked up perfectly

The installers did a fantastic job and spent time making sure all of the features worked efficiently with my home theater setup. They were super friendly, helpful and made sure their workspace was clean when they left. Would totally recommend them!

There were 2 technicians installing my TV because its a 75 inches TV. Very professional and efficient as always. They also helped to setup my TV and cleaned up the area. Highly recommended.

The 2 gentlemen arrived and installed my tv in a timely and pleasant manner. I have since relied on them to answer two questions for me and all the questions were answered promptly and to my satisfaction.

The Geek Squad is awesome. I originally had them install my new TV on my condo wall. When I moved last month I needed them to put it in my new place. My tech did a great job as they always do. I trust them to do a fantastic job each and every time. I highly recommend using them.

Becoming a "Totaltech" member was the best money spent. It's paid for itself many times. This installation was free with the membership. Quick, clean and knowledgeable.

Geek Squad, Charles & John, arrived to our home and installed a 75” TV. They were extremely professional. Charles called me the day before and the day of my appointment. I had an existing TV mounted and he and John took it down, assisted me in putting it to the side and installed the new TV no issues. They put back the soundbar, cable box, DVD player and XBox. I could not have been happier. Charles and John were a really good team. I appreciated them wearing shoe covers and being very careful in their entire removal and set up process. They had to work around a million kid toys and I appreciate their understanding as I went a little quarantine crazy with kid stuff everywhere. Thank you Charles and John! You were stellar.

Al and Lou were awesome, smart, and professional. I had a question after they left, and they came back to address the issue. Definitely went above and beyond.

The agent, Nathan, delivered and installed my new TV and connected the devices that were viable. My DVD player is old and did not work so he looked up the SKU number at Best Buy so I will go in and purchase a new one.

the guys where great on time took there time make sure every thing was done rite and walk me over the steps

Extremely satisfied with my VIZIO and soundbar. Excellent picture, it does exactly what I wanted & I highly recommend the TV.
