These ppl are awesome! The installation was flawless and they even taught me how to use the remote.

Nadal did an outstanding job. I purchased a 77" LG OLED CX. He and Rickie took their time, actually had me sit in my chair so he could mark the height and got everything level and perfect. Then, if that wasn't enough, both Nadal and Rickie set up all of my apps, made sure my remote worked everything and even set my cable remote to operate with Radio Frequency so we could put the cable box out of the way and have the remote still work! Don't listen to the "experts" who tell you not to get Geek Squad Total Tech Protection. $50 for them to come and do this is well worth it! Take a bow Nadal and Rickie, you've earned it!!!!!!

They did a excellent job on our installation. We had a sound bar and direct TV streaming box also installed. Wes instructed on how to use everything. They did an awesome job.

for anyone else, the mounting service - connecting the smart TV to all the sources and making sure its working and hooked up at the right angle; all the things i want them to do perfectly, only they can do. other 3rd party people don't care, but best buy service is awesome.

Geek Squad agents Kyle, Cassie and Austin installed and wall mounted my TV and Sonos system in quality and efficient fashion. They were courteous and knowledgeable. They eliminated alot of frustration and hassle that I would have experienced if I had tried to do it myself!

The geek squad guys arrived earlier than planned! Installing was a breeze, and I forgot to order a mount but luckily they had extras. They made several great recommendations for accessories and protection plans.

Matt and Landan installed our large tv and apparently the part of the tv mount that holds it in place for you while mounting the tv was broken and they had to work extra hard but did a great job with smiles on their faces! Great job guys!

Stacey is amazing. She helped me select the best location for my TV and best way to hide the wires and the cable box. After she and Jason installed my TV, Stacey taught me how to operate it via remote control and wireless keyboard... with incredible patience!

Was very pleased with the service, but I’ve since taken it down. No problem with the install but, it was above an outdoor fireplace and my tv was melting. No fault of geek squad. Just a bad design by my builder. All is well now.
