Excellent service...did everything that was ask to do! Set up where needed, set up my internet connect and tested all my stations.

The gentleman that came to out up the Mount and tv was great. He helped with height and position of mount and was very neat and the tv is perfectly placed

This is my 2nd wall mount with these guys in the last 60 days after moving into a new home, and it went great again. They are knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, professional, and nail the clean up as well.

Geek squad came and quickly installed TV. Tech ided some problems with my cable wire and i was abled to get carrier to come out and replace. Only suggestion is for tech to spend a few extra mins reviewing the working for people like me who are not computer savy.

Installation process was very smooth. TV brightness quality is very similar to QLed/miniled tvs

The wall mounting service was excellent. the technicians took care in covering the area and were very precise with with their installation. My only suggestion is to have everything prepared for the installation (wifi and cable equipment ready including passwords etc).

The agents came and got my TV mounted very quickly with no issues. They helped give me an idea of where the TV would look best on the wall. It was very quick and they also showed me how the remote worked and got my sound working on my Bose speakers.

The agents who mounted our new TV’s (2) on the walls with no issues and connected our remotes. They answered any questions we had. They also followed COVID 19 CDC guidelines by masking up & putting booties on their shoes.

Javier was on time!! He was very savvy with fixing my t.v issues, I am so not tech savvy. He simplified things for me. He was patient and very professional and efficient. Cudos to The Geek Squad!! This Javier a raise. He was just as delightful as Ruben and Matthew.
