The agent arrived on time and mounted the TV as I wanted. He listened to me and answered all the questions I had, as well as demonstrating how to use it and showing me things I did not know about nor expect.

Main agent did an excellent job in the installation of all my purchases. He made sure that each unit was operating properly Agent was very knowledgeable and courteous. I was able to observe his installation

Heather and Connor did a fantastic job with the installation. They were so caring and precise in making sure the total installation was absolutely perfect. You must use them and the Geek Squad for installations. I am so glad I used them.

The Geek squad did a great good in a minimum amount of time. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was the fact that they did not carry any HDMI cables on their truck. All I had were 6 ft. cables and they needed a 12 ft. cable for the new installation. I had to run out to a local Staples store and get the cable so they could complete the installation. Fortunately, the Staples store had one left in the store. (I would certainly have been willing to pay for any parts required for installation. I guess I just assumed that they would carry equipment, such as HDMI cables, that might be required. I am sure there are some people out there that probably would have not had any HDMI cables.)

Always first class and would always recommend geek squad - they've hooked up 4 TV's for me so far and each time was great!! very thorough with helping me understand the TV. Go's a long way for us not savvy computer people - Thanks again

The agents mounted my TV connected it to all devices showed me how it operates and asked me if I had any questions it was a flawless installation and I would recommend this service to everyone.

Geek squad installed my tv and did a great job!!!!

Installers were not Geek Squad because we needed a quick install at our office for a conference room/zoom meeting room. The installers came promptly, worked quickly, were pleasant, and did an excellent job.

I purchased a new Total service package from Geek Squad and it was worth every penny spent. For an additional $50, they installed my new wall mount for a new HDTV. They were quick and professional. And, the new TV looked great on the wall.

I thought these guys were great! They were very professional. Did a fabulous job. Left my living room as neat and clean as they found it. They removed all the packaging. They explained all the features and answered all my questions perfectly.

Perfect install by Geeks Strongly recommended as long as Geeks come to do job. Do not recommend 3rd party folks because they had no clue what they were going to do.

Brad R Schaeffer did a great job at install. He was courteous and well organized. Clearly had great experience. Install was perfectly done with all wires hidden behind existing wall channels and tv hung with sound bar. Very happy with result.

On time. Quick. Did exactly what I hoped and asked for. Connect, set up, and works. Removed the box and packing material. And a short conversation about old movies!

We had the best experience with our latest install of our 70 - LG TV. The installer came prepared and he was very knowledgeable which made it even better. Love our new set up. I will use Best Buy services for future in home install and set up.
