Very professional tech, got the tv up and running quickly and took time to show us how to operate remotes

The agent mounted my TV according to my desire. Connected the TV. There was a problem. Call Comcast. They had a problem that was fixed in two days. It was Comcast’s problem. Geek squad did everything correctly. Happy with their service.

Excellent service from one of your contractors (Mcknight Electronics) They were very professional and the TV mount is excellent. no visible cords. I am so pleased. I would have them back to install any other devices that I obtain.

The service was fantastic, my mount is great. BB has done a great job training these guys, when they come out the give me advice and we look at all angles for the TV and we make the best decision possible. They protect everything including my carpet and clean up very well.

Excellent expertise! The Geek Squad agent knew how to install/mount our new little TV on the wall mount with the DIRECTV box.

Samsung is much better quality picture wise and sound wise it’s very low definitely need a sound bar.
