Geoff and associate first came out to consult with us regarding a new home theater setup. They gave great advice with suggestions that would work great for us while saving us money. Once we decided on our course of action and bought the equipment they came out and set it all up. Then spent the time explaining all the ins and out of operation. They did not leave until all our questions were answered. They were amazing from start to finish.

The service was first class and the tv looks awesome! The agents taught us how to use it, and showed us the features of the tv. We couldn’t be happier!

Love Geek Squad installation. The agents were on time, efficient and super friendly. They installed my TV and connected it to all my devices. They showed me how to use the different functions and removed all debris.

The agent mounted my TV as easy as 1.2.3.. He also programmed and setup the television. Overall job well done. Once you have discovered a good tech; I would like to request that tech all the time. I don’t like having a different Geek Squad Agent for each assignment.

Austin is the best install person that we have ever had as Best Buy Total Tech members for years. He helped us to pick the correct mounting hardware, which is well made, and then he measured the wall for studs, did a perfect mounting, with assistance by Matthew. These two lads are a sterling example of skill sets needed to represent Geek Squad, and we appreciated the easy visit to "Git 'er Done !"

The agent mounted my tv and connected to all my pay channels I never would have been able to do it alone I guess because of my age he carried the old tv downstairs for me

The tech and helper did a great job on the install and worked great together. Tech was very patient and explained “everything” throughout the process and worked through a minor problem while running cable through wall for tv. I would definitely recommend the service. Excellent work and even better customer service!!

Everything went smoothly. Although installation and Geek Squad is expensive, if you need help it’s worth the money.

Tom was on time, knowledge, listened to my desires, used booties and carpet pad, very pleasant, finished work in a reasonable time, cleaned up and made sure that I was satisfied with his work. If all the Geek Squad techs are like Tom, the cost is well worth it. Would recommend him.
