Couldn't believe how fast they had my TV mounted up exactly where and how I wanted.

They came and knew exactly what to do and gave recommendations when asked. They cleaned everything before they left. Great experience!!! If only every company worked as well !!!!

Delivery was later than the window they originally quoted me the day before that's why only 4 stars. Once they got to my house they were pretty good. Installed my new tv and moved my older tv to another room. Clean, wore their masks and were happy to explain how to use the remote on the new tv.

Excellent, competent, friendly service. The Geek Squad was a delight to work with. Thank you! (Not a comment on the individuals who came to our house, but the delivery scheduling process was quite frustrating. The first time they canceled because they didn't have 2 people. Then they give a 12 hour window, 7 am - 7 pm that is narrowed to a 4 hour window last minute. The scheduling system is difficult for individuals with busy work schedules who can't be available all day.)

The Geek Squad mounted both TV's in record time. They were friendly and very efficient. They made sure I was satisfied with each wall mount location before they started. I am very please my Geek Squad Service and thanks to Best Buy for offering the Geek Squad service to the customers who need it. I buy all my electronics from Best Buy because they do offer the Geek Squad service and their Total Tech Plans.

The guys that came and installed and hung our televisions were nothing short of awesome. The cleaned up after themselves and were good to explain what they were doing and how to operate the televisions after they were finished. I highly recommend them.

They done an excellent job, best thing I done was have them install and set up. They were great very satisfied with their work.

The Geek Squad mounted my 85” TV with wireless cable box and two gaming systems. Everything looked and operated perfectly when they were done. And, they were in and out again quickly. Thank you for another job well done, Best Buy!

Geek Squad installed four TVs, three of them were over 68”. All look great and were placed exactly where we wanted them. Great job!

They came on time hung both my TV’s no problems, put them where I wanted them. The men were friendly, polite and professional. WORTH EVERY PENNY

The new tv only needed the base screwed on. The tv was placed in ab edroom cabinet and the cable and power cords plugged in. There was no wall mounting. This took about five minutes.

In and out… gave me great advice and mounted the TV just how I wanted. Had to pay extra to mount over the fireplace but it is what it is.

They took time to setup the TV and answered all the questions that I had for them and the TV.

Jacob and Lamar did a fantastic job with the install and mounting of our TV, soundbar, and Nintendo Switch. The guys were quick, tidy, and professional.

The gentleman that was sent to install my tv was very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions, cleaned everything up and made sure I was comfortable with all the how to's in a very short time.

Great service - 1) called day before to confirm 2) called day of to confirm 3) showed up on time (so far Comcast could learn a thing or two from these guys!) 4) first tech came in while waiting for the second to come with the TV. I showed him the room, the old TV, explained how it was currently wired through the wall. When we powered it up, guess what, we had sound but no picture!!! My old TV decided to die the same day my new TV was to arrive!!! Karma baby!! 5) Second tech came with the TV, and the two of them worked together to take the old one down, wire the new one the way I wanted. Second tech then left, taking the old TV with him (for which I was very grateful -- what am I going to do with a 200 pound plasma TV that isn't working!?!) 6) Once it was powered up, he ran through the set up (asking me to put passwords in where needed, etc.). Then he asked me if I had any questions -- which I did -- and he answered all those, cleaned up and left. A+ to Geek Squad!
