The crew that came out was very good. They mounted my TV to the wall and set up everything to my satisfaction. It took over a month to get an appointment. But nobody wants to work anymore.

The person who installed my tv was awsome and appeared to install the TV as if it were at his own house taking measurements and making sure everything was correct before making any holes in the wall. I would do it again.

I was happy to pay the extra fee for set up, The Geek Squad delivered and set up my new TV. AWESOME job. The guys were courteous and knowledgeable. They were able to answer all my questions about the new set-up and were willing and patient to walk me through any "new" items.

The agents hung the TV and gave me hints on how to set up the Roku. I have other Roku's but didn't know some of the shortcuts - VERY helpful!

Agent did a great job setting up my T.V. He was very neat a d explainec every thing he was doing. Took his time with me to make sure l understood what he was doing. He gave me his cell number, so if l had any questions or prblems with my T.V. he said he would help me. Best Buy went out of there way to make sure l was happy with my purchase.

The Geek squad mounted a TV that we moved from another home in our Bedroom. It was a 65" TV and they did a great job of mounting and connecting it. Even did a little trouble shooting when the cable TV did not want to fire up properly!

The agents did a great job installing my tv on my wall. Also a sound bar. They were very nice.

The GeekSquad delivered and set up my 75” TV including mounting it on the wall. The techs connected the new sound bar and Roku in addition to my DVD player. They were knowledgeable and took time to make sure I was comfortable with operating the equipment. They confirmed the placement of the wall mounting unit and were considerate of my home and furnishings during the delivery and installation. I highly recommend using the GreekSquad and l’ll definitely use them in the future.

The crew came in and set the mount as we discussed and cleaned up after themselves. I had it go into a rock wall and the peace of mind to have a professional do this was worth it.
