I’ve been very pleased with Best Buy for delivery and setup. I had a tv mounted and the team did an exceptional job and even hauled away my old tv for recycling. I’m planning another tv purchase and will definitely use again for mounting.

Drew mounted my TV and did a wonderful job. He made sure that everything was working properly. He was very polite and professional. He answered all of my questions.

The installers who mounted the TV and installed the audio equipment did a super job. Very through in explaining the function of each piece, walking me through the installation and setup of all. Couldn't of asked for better, professional service. Very pleased.

We wanted them to hook up the TV directly to the router/modem with the Ethernet or HDMI (or whatever) cables that we BOUGHT from them, rather than having the TV on Wi-Fi only. They neglected that.... and they also neglected to hook up the flat "Air-TV-Antenna" thing that we also bought with the TV. We wanted everything done by them so if there were any issues we would know from the get-go. So the moral of the story is MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THEM DO EVERYTHING WHILE YOU WATCH, or they will take shortcuts!

They did a great job. Helped set up additional electronics that were purchased as well. Geek Squad + Total Tech is absolutely worth it.

Mount was easy to install and works great. Super flexible and easy to adjust.

Geek Squad team came in and using the mount I provided attached my 65” TV to the wall. It took them less than 40 minutes to complete the job and they set up my remote along with my Apple TV streaming device in minutes. Very reasonable charge as I’m a member.

The installers were very informative on my purchases.. Thank you for the cleanliness of the installation. From the drilling of the holes to the wearing the house boots in my place.. GREAT JOB GENTLEMEN..
