The agent's was on time they were Wearing all PPE to keep safe they did a excellent job mounting my tv and cleaning up when done I was very impressed with there overall performance well done I will definitely be using geek squad again

Geek squad person was a total professional in all respects. Did an excellent job of installing the TV. He answered all my questions directly and explained everything in a very understandable way. Extremely pleased with all aspects of the installation.

The guys were phenomenal!! So professional and always maintained the necessary social distancing and COVID-19 precautions. They arrived on the early side of the time window given, which was also really appreciated. I also received a phone call from one of the techs prior to their arrival with there exact ETA, which I found to be extra considerate. Another thing is we had misplaced the “one connect” cable for the Samsung tv they mounted and they were extra patient with us while my husband and I searched the house for it. Luckily, we found it. Over all, I give an outstanding review of the services provided and would highly recommend Geek Squad to friends and family. The price is very competitive as well and the techs that came were excellent and very professional! Highly recommend!

TV was installed, hooked up worry free. Installer also gave many useful suggestions to optimize my viewing entertainment. No hassles or worries about pinching the screen for damaging an expensive investment

Great, professional installation by Thomas and Robert. They made sure the TV was set up exactly as we had asked, and then gave us a proper orientation on how to operate the unit. A+ on the installation.

We had the geek squad mountt our tv and connect to tv box. The tv miunt is great and having a box to connect all the stuff that needs connecting is great. Just wish the great salesperson who helped us in the store told us about the box and size of it.

I had Geek Squad come into to remount my TV from one wall to another. They came on time and did a fabulous job and went out of the way to sort out all the cables flowing over and above the entertainment center. They made my day. Hats of to the team.
