The Geek Squad took my old TV off the wall, stored it for me and mounted the new Sony. They made sure everything worked correctly and even did a sound check on my sound system to ensure that it was working at optimum. I would recommend them for anyone needing a professional install.

The Geek Squad tech, Sean, is an ASSET to the Best Buy's Geek Squad team!!! He was extremely professional, thorough, and installed our TV with such great care. This is my first time using Geek Squad and honestly it has been a wonderful experience. Sean is also very knowledgeable about TVs, its setup, and associated settings. We has multiple questions and he answered all of them in detail. Sean knows his stuff. I was pleasantly surprised he knew so much. He even followed up with us to make sure we are having a great experience with our TV and everything is working per our expectations. Simply put, Sean is the BEST, and I MEAN, THE BEST, technician we have come across!! Best Buy, you need to give Sean a raise!! :)

The installation professionals were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about our new area. They assisted us with setting up everything for our 75 inch tv.

Service window was 7 am to 1 pm. Geek squard arrived at 9:15 am. The two gentlemen were curtious, professional & knowledgeable. TV was hung and cleanup was done by 9:45. Very pleases.

Oh my heck, the Geek squad! What a team of patient, knowledgeable, and helpful professionals. They did an expert job with the wall installation, and then stayed to help me with set-up, using features of the remote, and accessing my favorite channels. I am so grateful for their time!
