The Geek Squad guys did an excellent job and even did more than expected. They made sure all the wires stayed hidden behind the TV once mounted on the wall. And then made sure I knew all the in's and out's with the remotes.

The agent, Nathan, delivered and installed my new TV and connected the devices that were viable. My DVD player is old and did not work so he looked up the SKU number at Best Buy so I will go in and purchase a new one.

The technicians came out and were here before the appointment time but didn’t ring until our confirmed appointment. What took us three days to try to do it only took 20 mins for the techs! Very polite and helpful. I would recommend this service to anyone!
