The agent came and mounted my tv perfectly. He was courteous and extremely professional. I work with tools all the time n my job and I am very happy that I paid to have this done anyway. One less headache for me! :)

The Geek Squad installed the TV mounting bracket and mounted the TV and hooked up wiring and the wires. They set the system and gave instructions on how to use the system. Very satisfied. Highly recommend the Geek Squad.

These guys are masterful experienced and do not quit until the job is done and done correcrtly - Sort of Like : Do it Right the First Time so they don't have to spend more travel time in coming back because something not hooked up perfectly

Our neighbors across the street had a fantastic experience with Geek Squad the beginning of this year. Our window was 8 am-noon. I got a call not long after 8 am from Agent Tim to let me know he would arrive in an hour. He was right on time, as was his partner Agent Brad. Professional, courteous, intelligent. Very helpful (and patient!!) with me and my questions. Gave detailed explanations on how they would do the work and mounting, made sure I sat in various spots in the room to be sure about where we wanted the tv mounted, height, etc. Prompt in doing their work, cleaned up after themselves. This experience with Geek Squad will have us coming back to Best Buy first for future electronic needs. Great job!

The technicians arrived as scheduled, and took all safety precautions due to COVID 19. They were friendly and worked well together. The service was as expected and the technicians did a great job on the install overall.

I ordered the Geek Squad, you know, the ones that work directly for Best Buy and drive vans around that have a huge Geek Squad logo on them, usually driven by tech that have been trained by Best Buy to represent their brand, but to also be sure customers are being serviced by people who know what they are doing and have been vetted by Best Buy. Instead, what I got was two guys that showed up in a pickup truck, walked up with a 40" cheap TV in their hands thinking it was mine. No Geek Squad truck and certainly not Best Buy employees, I think the guys who came to install the 86" TV I already had where hired by Best Buy from Angi's List or one of those other handy man websites. The guys were very nice and professional, however they didn't have a ladder which they needed and they could only mount the TV. The problem was, I ordered other services to hide the cords and to install an electrical outlet behind the television, they were unable to install either and ultimately, my TV was mounted crooked too. Don't get tricked into thinking you're hiring Best Buy employees trained to do the work and I spent over $600.00 dollars hiring them. I could have found someone to help me if all I wanted was to hand a TV. Super disappointed and hope this review warned you of what to expect if you think you're paying for the services of trained Geek Squad techs, shame on you Best Buy.

Mounting was perfect, placed right where we requested it. The installer then explained the use of the remote and the more important settings in the remote menu.
