The two techs called me an hour prior to the appointment to confirm everything. When they arrived they were super nice and professional. They answered all my questions and were very helpful in giving advice on where to hang my television on the wall. Great employees!

Installation went very well and very happy with everything but we had a fire stick on the old TV that disappeared and when I called the person who installed it to find out where her put it I never received a call back. We would have liked it back for another TV!!!

First off, the two gentlemen arrived right on time! Such a rare thing these days. They worked efficiently and like a team that has been together for years. Also, they wore their masks through the whole job. I never felt uneasy about having them in the house. The job went quickly since I already had the mounting equipment installed from my other tv. All they had to do was remove the old one and hang up the new one. Most of the job was in setting up the new tv to the cable, setting up the remote, etc. I gained so much knowledge from them as to what the new tv offered, and what services I could now access and how to access them. But one of the best parts of the service was that they took away the old 55" tv! That was the icing on the cupcake. I highly recommend the Geek Squad.

I requested a Geek Squad team's help to hang a 98" TV. What a professional job! Everything was done on schedule.

I had the geek squad install and I am glad I did it tilts swivels and you can extend out at least a foot plus. I purchased a outdoor tv and tv bracket perfect fit for what I had the geek squad do

The Geek Squad team showed up as scheduled and installed the Wall Mount. They explained what they were doing and completed the task by making sure everything was up and running.

First of all I want to say that my installer was great and he got my TV up pretty quickly the day he came. The part that I didn't know when I paid for the mounting service was that Best Buy now outsources this service to 3rd party installers contracted through Best Buy. They're not actually "Geek Squad" people who come out to your house to do it anymore. Not that it really made a difference but it would have been good to know that up front before I started getting calls from people I didn't know trying to talk to me about my TV installation. At the end of the day the guy who did my install was great and he was very professional and courteous throughout the process.

The squad mounted the tv and completed their task. It was discovered that the cable line was so old that Comcast came to do their job. All well done.

The agent called me before arriving. Set up the TV on wall . The mount I had for my current TV didn't fit the new TV and to my regret I had to purchase a new one.
