The Geek Squad Team installed our new Samsung 75" ultra HD TV and new DVD player. They did a very neat and perfect installation of the TV. Connected and tested everything, and then spent 20 minutes showing us how to operate everything . Terrific and very personable service.

Geek Squad arrived on time and treated my home as they would their own. The crew was very friendly and professional. All care was taken installing my large 85” tv. They recommended a better TV mount than I had and I agreed. The install was high quality and efficient. TV was set up after install. I was also amazed how Best Buy was on top of everything. Glad I chose the installation package.

They arrived and got right to work. Had everything set up swiftly and correctly. Very satisfied

Dave was WONDERFUL! Both the Geek guys were professional, friendly and very patient with us, as needed for digitally dim Seniors. They spent time making certain we could manage our equipment. They were GREAT!

Two gentlemen came to our house hung a TV on the wall and demonstrated TV functions and left ; and you would never know anyone had been in the house except that a TV was hanging where a TV was not B4 no mess and cable had to be inserted thru the wall.

These guys are pros and do a great job. Love the professionalism and their cool behavior. Really was a pleasure to deal with.

The geek squad was very informative and helpful. They had some challenges installing my 85 inch due to a bulkhead but they figured it out and it looks great.

The Geek Squad is awesome. I originally had them install my new TV on my condo wall. When I moved last month I needed them to put it in my new place. My tech did a great job as they always do. I trust them to do a fantastic job each and every time. I highly recommend using them.
