The technicians delivered, mounted, and connected the TV quickly and efficiently. They also helped with the connection to our WiFi and streaming services. They were very polite and professional.

We bought a new, larger TV and at installation time we discovered we could not use the old mounting. The Geek squad installers had brought along a new one, just in case, and it was just what we needed.

The installers were on time with the appointment and called ahead confirming same. They took time to get the install working properly through my cable box.

I’m using this to hang a 65” LG OLED in my bedroom. Mount really makes the TV look a lot sharper versus the factory stand. Mount allows me to gain easy access to my inputs/outputs. Have 2 of these in my house and plan to get another soon for my guest room.

Richard is a perfectionist! He doesn’t leave until everything is working as it should. He had to re-do some work that someone else had done and spent as much time as necessary to make it perfect. I highly recommend him!

Geek Squad arrived when scheduled and reviewed what had to be done and started right in and had the the unit installed and provided instructions on operation. They cleaned up all packaging and informed us to contact them is we had problems. Very Professional.

Two Geek Squad guys showed up on time with everything that they would need to hang my new 65" Hisense TV. The combination of the boxed TV and the Sanus full motion wall mount would have been pretty overwhelming for one person, but I was impressed just watching them work. Once the TV was up on the wall, one of the "Geeks" set about syncing my streaming services with the new TV and making sure that everything was satisfactory with me. Great, great, service.

Spending the money for Geek Squad installation is one of the best presents I can give to my husband. Everything is done properly, the mess is cleaned up, and it works as it is supposed to. In addition, there’s no need to read manuals and no nagging from me.

I would highly recommend these guys. They worked tirelessly for an hour to ensure everything was perfect. They took care of my property and took time to explain everything.

This is a nice system, and the technicians who came were really friendly and considerate - cleaned up after themselves. My only negative is it doesn't obviate cables showing down near the floor, just from the TV to the floor. I misunderstood and instead should have had an electrician mount a box where I wanted this to land

After upgrading to a larger TV and getting a new console, the Geek Squad came out and (re)hooked up my components. We're very happy with the results.

The guys called to let me know they were on the way. They came in explained what they were going to do and went to work. They mounted a 75 inch TV, had all the connections done, TV programmed and operating from one remote. They answered all my questions.

Geek Squad service is phenomenal. I have high expectations for client service personnel and the were spot on. They were respectful of being in my home. They were courteous and extremely knowledgeable. Can’t say enough good things about them.
