The Geek Squad that we had were OUTSTANDING!!Aaron was truly knowledgeable, kind and explained everything he was doing getting it all set up for us. He was a great teacher!

Fast, cordial and knowledgeable. They also ensure that I was satisfied with the location of the TV before setting it up. they went above and beyond to set up also the blue ray and cable box and took the time to explain the features of the tv.

The 83 inch tv was unpacked, mounted on the wall, and connected to my devices. The old one was taken to the garage. Everything was done in an efficient and friendly manner.

The guy that came out to mount this TV was very professional and did a great job. Even helped me setup some CordMates to conceal all the cords hanging from the TV. Overall great experience.

Geek Swuad was great. As senior citizens, we could have never hung our 65” TV. They had to come back for some adjustments and training.

They did quick and complete job of setting up my old plasma tv in this new stand and answered my questions.

This was my first interaction with the team mates from the Geek Squad. First impression was consummate professionals. From start to finish, what a pleasant experience the entire process was. Nothing was left for me to do. I was even going to vacuum but, they beet me to it. Old TV removed, new one hung, including sound bar, instructed me how to use, answered questions, programmed everything and made sure everything was hooked up and working. Highly recommend the Geek Squad.

Love Geek Squad Team. The tech that installed my mount and TV was great! I usually always get the Geek Squad plan on electronic that I purchase at Best Buy. It has paid off over the years.

My installer went above and beyond what he had to. Due to a miscommunication the TV was not with him when he came to mount it. He drove back to Best Buy to get it, drove back and mounted it.

Techs did an awesome job mounting our new TV and speakers. They also took the time to to give us some pointers.
