The guys were really great!!! After they mounted the TV they got it set up so fast. It would have taken me all day to go through all the prompts. They were very polite and cleaned up after themselves.

This geek squad service was great they came in hung a 75 in tv on a swivel mount. Nade sure i like the spot. They were fast, efficient, clean and friendly definitely recommend them

Johnathan & Nathan were true pros for the outdoor soundbar installation project. Nathan was extraordinary. He & Charles installed our Peerless 65” outdoor TV last month & it looks & works fantastic! Just a wonderful TV for our screened in porch. For the soundbar, Nathan demonstrated great initiative by coordinating with Johnathan for installation since he was already familiar with our TV installation. Can’t say enough good about Nathan! TV with with Peerless soundbar create a great movie & sports experience!

The install date was changed with no notification to me. I found out about it when I called the night before the delivery was supposed to occur. When the rescheduled date arrived, only one member of the two man team showed up. The one who showed up gets a five, but the overall rating suffers because of the schedule foulup and the no-show.

These guys, do a great job, fast clean and always have the working answer.

We purchased our new 43" Sony TV and Kanto tabletop TV stand at Best Buy in no small part because we had read and heard that Best Buy's service is the best, and we're here to say it's true. The amazing team of Irelis and Joban did everything for us: deliver our new TV, open and assemble our Kanto stand which had been delivered separately, mount the TV, get us connected, and make sure we understood and could operate our new system before they left. They were terrific: prompt, professional, efficient, patient, courteous, pleasant, good-humored and just a total joy to have in our homes. We can't praise them highly enough. We were very, very impressed.

Geek Squad arrived on time and treated my home as they would their own. The crew was very friendly and professional. All care was taken installing my large 85” tv. They recommended a better TV mount than I had and I agreed. The install was high quality and efficient. TV was set up after install. I was also amazed how Best Buy was on top of everything. Glad I chose the installation package.

Really nice tv the picture is great but you do need to subscribe ti get a picture you would use Tv itself is really nice we have directv stream and the picture is awesome

the two installers surveyed the space and facilities carefully then went about their work rapidly and effectively. they encountered a few unforeseen problems, but worked around them skillfully and left the finished installation quite neat.
