Install was on time, well done by professional staff

First group was OK. Helped me get it so Chrome display would Cast to TV. Second trip guy was totally great. He really knew his stuff and helped me get an HDMI connection between the TV and my computer so I could display my trip photos. First group didn't seem to have a solution for that. Had to have the second trip because the thin mount sold to me was too thin for the plug end to fit behind the TV into the wall outlet behind the TV. So, had to have second trip to remove the thin mount and replace with the deeper one. Also, even though I said I wanted the sound bar hung, the salesman did not sell me a mount for that so the second Geek did that. Cannot praise #2 enough although #1 was OK.

I bought a Samsung TV for my wife's new home office and the installation service. I also had to pick up a new cable box for the room. I must commend the techs, Marty and Carlos, for surpassing my expectations. During the installation, they found that the cable company assigned the wrong box to my account. They were able to determine this when the TV failed to operate after the installation. They patiently communicated with the company and completed the installation. I thought I was going to have to arrange a service appointment with the cable company before we would be able to watch the new TV. My wife and I sincerely appreciated this since we were having guest that weekend. Best Buy is fortunate to have employees like Marty and Carlos who put the customer first. I just want to thank them for taking the extra steps to complete the installation so we had the TV available for our guests.

The process of mounting the TV and connecting all necessary cables for the perfect picture was effortless to these professionals

The installer was super quick and knew exactly what he was doing, which gave me confidence that my large TV wouldn't be pulling out of the wall and falling. If you are trying to mount a large TV yourself with a friend, rethink that, and have Best Buy install!

Great tv for a great price. All the bells and whistles and great picture and sound. Geek Squad did a great job hanging in my master bedroom.

Agents installed all my devices. Explained the "how tos" so that we nontechnical people could understand.

The agents were very courteous and mounted the tv without difficulty. We have had problems with our Harmony remote and they are supposed to return to replace that device. It is just taking a bit longer than we hoped.

The guys were very friendly and electronic knowledgeable and had my old tv down and the new one up and running in less than an hour! They even took the old tv with them to recycle. I will use them again! Highly recommend.
