Installed everything and were very nice and professional

The agents mounted and helped set-up our TV. They gave a time when they would come and they came during that time.

Javier was on time!! He was very savvy with fixing my t.v issues, I am so not tech savvy. He simplified things for me. He was patient and very professional and efficient. Cudos to The Geek Squad!! This Javier a raise. He was just as delightful as Ruben and Matthew.

The service that the Best Buy installers gave was excellent! They were well mannered, did excellent work, cleaned up any dust and trash before leaving and were so helpful. Very professional!

The guys that mounted my TV did an excellent job. They were in and out in less than an hour and cleaned up after themselves.

The crew installed the mounting bracket, pulled wires from the media station, hooked up connectiokns and mounted our new 55 inch TV. They made sure it was working correctly. I only had to enter logins for accounts.

just got the 55 inch samsung -The Terrace_ partial sun TV fro lanai. excellent picture for outside viewing. Geek squad was great during the install.

geek squad did a excellent job setting up new TV and installing wall mount. Our geek help explain all the functions and how to use them.

The third party installers came and removed my old TV and installed the new TV using my old brackets. They were courteous and helpful getting the new TV in operational order.

The installers were great. Courteous and professional and they cleaned up everything. Not only the packaging but all the dust from drilling into the drywall. Great service

The Geek Squad techs were very professional and on time however there were considerable issues connecting to my various components. Two separate trips were required to complete the work.
