I paid the extra money to have the BestBuy installation team come and install my son's new smart TV and full swivel mounting bracket and it was the best money spent. I didn't have to worry about getting someone to install it and they stand by their work.

Satisfied with the mounting of the tv. Dustin ensured that it was placed in the space that I requested. They showed up at the time they indicated and took care of the installation in a timely manner.

Geek Squad showed us how to use the remotes, 1 with the TV & Optimum remote. Gave good, understandable instructions.

The team that came to set up my new TV were outstanding- one male, one female- sorry I don't remember their names. They came at the time promised, set up my TV easily and very carefully, and connected my cable and DVD player, and showed me how to work things that were new making sure they answered all my questions. They removed my old TV for recycling and took out all trash. I didn't have to do anything! They were the nicest and the best!!!

I've had some "just OK" installation experiences with Best Buy, but this last installation experience was just perfect. The installers showed up on time, were neat and tidy during the job and with the clean-up, and went the extra mile to make sure the installation was perfect. I had an existing mount that was being reused. Rather than just slapping the new TV on the existing mount as-is, they noticed that the location of mount would result in the new TV being a little too high as compared with the TV being replaced. They took their time, removed the mount, reinstalled it at the better height, tested it and then hung the new TV. Once the new TV was installed, they waited for the updates to finish, made sure it was working properly, showed me how to use it, then left. So, they could have been in and out in 15 minutes, but instead took an hour and a half to do the job right. Very impressed.

The two gentlemen who installed my 65inch LG tv were very professional. The tv was installed on my wall quickly with no issues. The guys cleaned up and took the time to show us how to use the tv and set everything up.
