Agent was very efficient and professional. He had the TV mounted and tuned very quickly. He hauled my old 36" Sony away that in itself was a job. I would recommend Geek squad to anyone.

This was my first interaction with the team mates from the Geek Squad. First impression was consummate professionals. From start to finish, what a pleasant experience the entire process was. Nothing was left for me to do. I was even going to vacuum but, they beet me to it. Old TV removed, new one hung, including sound bar, instructed me how to use, answered questions, programmed everything and made sure everything was hooked up and working.
