This is the third tv I’ve had installed by geek squad and as long I purchase TVs from Best Buy I’ll have them mounted by geek squad. The crew who installed my 85” Samsung were on time. Explained everything to me and treated my apartment with respect. They took extra measures to make sure I was comfortable with them in my apartment while the covid-19 pandemic continues. They made sure I was happy with the placement and explained how to fully utilize the adjustable tv mount I purchased. They made sure to setup the tv and explain the remote and features of my new 85” Samsung television. They put everything back in its place when finished and were done in a very timely manner which I appreciated. Always satisfied with Geek Squad service.

The quality of the mount job Marco and his team performed was absolutely top notch. Their suggestions on how to mount and run cables were perfect. Their dedication to making it incredibly functional and aesthetically pleasing was inspiring. These guys know what they're doing.

Agents arrived on time and carefully changed out the old tv for the new 65 Sony Bravia. Patiently answered all our questions about different functions etc.

The agents installed my wall mount and the tv. They completed the work quickly and set up the tv and showed us how to work everything.

The agent installed the mounting hardware, mounted the TV, and connected all our devices. The time taken was very appropriate. There was no mess to clean up after the agent left. Excellent job and professional in every sense.

Initially had a hiccup with scheduling as I was told one date and the subcontractor didn’t show but after rescheduling, everything worked itself out. Amazing job!
