This was my first time using the geek squad they were punctual, they mounted my 65 inch TV on my wall, it was an excellent job, l would definitely use them again, and would recommend them to friends and family

Tv is great. I had one installed by total tech and it went smoothly. Got a second one for another room. A third party came & they were terrible, he said he couldn’t mount the tv so I had to do it myself.

The two Geek Squad people that came out to install our new TV were very professional and gave me some great information on speakers and what to look for if I decide to upgrade mine.

I already had a suitable mount installed by myself and internal wires upgraded to HDMI 2 (3) and Ethernet plus a USB for no good reason than I did not want to open the wall up again. I had no trouble removing my 55" Samsung but since I live alone I figured I should let the guys install my new 85" LG so I would not have to A) Get help and B) Induce pressure marks on the screen from mishandling. It was over in about 15 minutes... 12 minutes for unboxing and 3 minutes to hang the TV and set it up. (I use my TV as a Monitor and do not have Cable TV) The guys even mentioned they did not have to program WIFI since I had provided Ethernet to the TV. A pleasant if somewhat pricey install.

The agents hooked up my tv politely and professionally. They wore masks and kicked off snow before coming in. They were both kond to my kids who were curious on what they were doing.

I was concerned with not mounting my new TV correctly. I’v heard tales of TV’s falling and ruined walls, so I decided to go with the Geek Squad. I was not disappointed. Very professional, answered all of our questions, and was finished in a timely fashion.
