Geek Squad agent polite and courteous. Installation did not take long and cleaned up area before leaving. He also took box and all packing materials tv came in. Agent hooked tv up to cable TV and showed us how to search and find channels/shows/apps.

They were very courteous, answered all my questions and cleaned up. They made everything was fully operational and I was comfortable before they left and how to get a hold of them if I had any issues later. Very pleased with their service.

The installation was quick even mounting onto a concrete wall. The agents were very clean and practiced good covid protocols. After installation everything was connected as needed and agent provided good directions.

The Geek Squad technicians had to dismount our old flat screen TV from its place on the TV stand and mount up the new one. All done without a hitch!

Justin was our geek squad technician. I had read bad reviews about the Morehead city Best Buy. I live in Raleigh but have a second home in Atlantic Beach. I was extremely pleased with the in-store service helping select my television, Chris assistant manager helped me. My install by Justin geek squad was excellent!!! Fast, efficient, and explained functions on both TVs installed. I bought the wrong wall mount for one of the televisions and Justin had a better one on the truck. Justin also recommended and set up eero mesh network for my existing Internet and got that functioning better. He recommended the best Roku streaming device for a third older television that I went back to the store and purchased. I could not be happier with my service.

Perfect install by Geeks Strongly recommended as long as Geeks come to do job. Do not recommend 3rd party folks because they had no clue what they were going to do.

Hi, Our tv was installed by two great installers. They were friendly and wore all the proper PPE. One even hooked up our Roku so that the wiring would not show. These installers deserve a raise and extra vacation days!!! JB

I was a little nervous as I had a non-standard installation, but the techs did a great job. Very respectful of my property too. Highly recommend.
