I purchased "Total Tech Support" from Best Buy for a new home and it has paid for itself over and over again. The products are best in class and price and the install perfect, no regrets!

They did a very good job hocking up my Tv. But when it came to hooking up my receiver. They did it really fast and although they ask me if I had any questions, I didn't really know what to ask. After they left I had to figure out how to program other stuff myself. But overall they did ok.

Two things I was disappointed with the installation. The first is that the installation technicians took my packaging box with them after I asked them not to. They initially put the box behind my sofa and when they left I didn’t notice that they took it with them. I really wanted it for future transportation purposes. The second issue was that the technicians didn’t start the mounting screws by hand before they used an impact drill to speed the tightening of the screws, which I question if using an impact drill is a good idea. Hopefully, when I upgrade this product in the future the screws and internal nuts aren’t cross threaded. My trust and excitement disengaged my reasoning and responsibility.

I thought the guys did a very good job mounting my tv and sound bar over my fireplace. They were very nice and accommodating.

The agent uninstalled the defective TV and reinstalled it perfectly! Third time is the charm!

“Wishy Washy” on types of services rendered. Inconsistent. The television was mounted according to location I request. He offered to install something for a means of getting TV to electric outlet. Why didn’t he set up the Roku, when asked? I am handicapped, can’t walk.

The techs were incredibly nice to my very old parents, and even got rave reviews from my engineer father for the quality and care of the installation!!
