Always first class and would always recommend geek squad - they've hooked up 4 TV's for me so far and each time was great!! very thorough with helping me understand the TV. Go's a long way for us not savvy computer people - Thanks again

Team that came out was great. Did justvas asked and good work. I always do my own normally but with limited help I decided to let them be liable since this 85” tv is so awkward and fragile

We had calculated the position of the TV based on online recommendation but the Geek Squad told us that the recommended height wasn't good for a 77". we corrected our height and they were right.

Heather and Connor did a fantastic job with the installation. They were so caring and precise in making sure the total installation was absolutely perfect. You must use them and the Geek Squad for installations. I am so glad I used them.

The guys were great but suggested that their might be an issue with the main HDMI cable to the TV. This has not yet been an issue but since this is a separate and vital part to the TV, I probably would have leaned towards replacing it if the tech installing my 65" TV had a concern about it. Kind of like the mechanic for your car mentioning that the "car may not start every time but you seem to be good to go now". I trust that if I do have issues down the road the Geek Squad will stand by their work.

The folks that came and installed my tv were in and out in 15 minutes! I am so pleased with the result!

Why worry when Best Buy has trained professionals that will do the installation quickly professionally and it will be right.

Four geek squad members showed up at my house on time and even called when they were on the way. They were very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. They set everything up and answered every question I had.

Removed old tv from wall and mounted the new tv on the wall. Added all equipment and programmed remote for use. Cleaned up after install and replaced dresser I had moved out of the way before they arrived.

The two service gentlemen who came to mount my TVs, sound system etc were excellent. They were knowledgable, efficient and pleasant.

I was hesitant at first to pay someone to install my TV, and expected some sub contracted service to do the work. However, I was pleasantly surprised to see 2 best buy employees show up. They immediately put on shoe coverings and got to work! They were very polite and knowledgeable and provided their input on where to mount the TV, but ultimately left the decision to me. Before I knew it, they were finished. Based on this experience, I'd definitely consider using this service again.

Mat is a brilliant and a very experienced tech. Knew how to succeed with obstacles that he faced. Professional and wonderful attitude. NOTHING WAS A PROBLEM.

Technicians KB and Jeff were excellent. Knowledgeable, went out of their way to resolve an issue, polite, cleaned up, showed how to work everything.

I purchased a new Total service package from Geek Squad and it was worth every penny spent. For an additional $50, they installed my new wall mount for a new HDTV. They were quick and professional. And, the new TV looked great on the wall.
