The two gentlemen from the geek squad did outstanding work hanging my Sony tv above my fireplace. They were professional and it only took about 1 hour for them to complete the job. Highly recommend.

I appreciate all the extra efforts they’ve done to make this work as house were newly built but with few intrinsic flaws that posed issues with the Geek Squads! They put on their capes and they’d leaped HIGH!!!! You are AWESOME!

We are not techie, so for us this service is a no brainer. I would never purchase anything the level and quality of my 65" TV without having Best Buy on hand to install it. We purchased our home 7 years ago, and Best Buy installed and hooked everything up. We had a surround sound system in the home we purchased, all the cables and wiring are all neatly bound together and out of sight behind the cabinetry. That could not have been more professional, but then they hooked up my computers, and printers, etc. They were here most of the day, but they got it all done, and we got the tutorials on how to work everything with the remotes before they left. I guarantee it's worth every penny. They were recently back in my home to install the upgraded TV and again walk us through everything. These people wear booties in your home and work in whispers to not intrude on you! They are skilled, polite, professional, and worth it!!

The Geek Squad did a great job installing our 65” Samsung QLED TV and sound bar. The lead tech diagnosed and fixed our router issue. They were on time, efficient and professional.

The agent delivered our new Sony TV, installed it, and cleaned up and removed any traces of the installation as well as the old television. He was perfect!

This 55" TV is great. The size for my wall is perfect. The clarity of the screen is amazing! This is an affordable TV and probably comparable to the other popular brands. The Geek squad did a great job setting up the flat screen.
