Devon and Eric did an awesome job in mounting my new TV. They were finished very quickly but still took the time to get it set up and explain the basics of the tv to me. Great job guys!

The squad was very professional and courteous. They took their time to make sure everything was done correctly and that I understood how to use it before leaving.

We wanted them to hook up the TV directly to the router/modem with the Ethernet or HDMI (or whatever) cables that we BOUGHT from them, rather than having the TV on Wi-Fi only. They neglected that.... and they also neglected to hook up the flat "Air-TV-Antenna" thing that we also bought with the TV. We wanted everything done by them so if there were any issues we would know from the get-go. So the moral of the story is MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THEM DO EVERYTHING WHILE YOU WATCH, or they will take shortcuts!

We purchased 2 t.v.s and wall hangers for them, yes we could have put them up . . . but it was so sweet to have the Geek Squad come and put the wall mounts up and start the set up for the t.v.s. Yes, it was worth it!

Very happy with the TV mounting on my 70 inch TV. They were very friendly and knew what they were doing. The TV was mounted within an hour. I would recommend the Geek Squad to anyone needing A TV mounted.

The tech was very helpful in getting the TV set up after initially having no success in getting it synced with Spectrum app. Fortunately, the TV did not need to be replaced, just programming issue revolved

Excellent job mounting my new Tv and bracket. Installed existing Dvr, Apple TV, comcast box, and antenna as well. Helped me install apps on my phone to use instead of remotes for Apple TV, LG TV. I would recommend this service to all my friends.
