Customer service is horrible!!

The problem that we have is we used a different credit card to pay for the electrical box and the wrong card was charged. Not only was the incorrect card charged but the amount that was charged was doubled. I tried contacting customer service and it was a complete nightmare when I finally got someone on the phone after waiting for over an hour the person barely spoke english and told me that the charge was for approximately $100 when in fact it was $200. He had no clue what I was talking about. I got no where with him so I had no choice but had to disoute the charge with Chase bank.

The old TV was down and the new TV up within minutes. They gave advice with regard to accessing WiFi and cable hookups.

Quick and easy

Set tv and cable and blue ray up, bundled wires so they were not noticeable and cleaned up. Then spent time going over features and gave some hints. Hooked up Netflix and Amazon. Couldn't have gone better.

Excellent Service

The mounting and config went smoothly. The removal of the old TV which was very heavy took time but it was well worth the investment.
