The Geek Squad guy communicated very well prior to the appointment, arrived on-time, and completed the installation quickly and flawlessly. Everything worked perfectly as soon as we tried it.

Pat was incredibly professional. He was on time, did the work effortlessly, and made sure I ( the customer) was happy before leaving. He also called a few days later to follow up which impressed me as that is not common anymore. Pat is the best.

Man, 4 guys came out to install the 100" tv and it was free! They did a great job and took away the packaging. No mess (just had to run vacuum for yiny debris; no big deal)

I was hesitant at first to pay someone to install my TV, and expected some sub contracted service to do the work. However, I was pleasantly surprised to see 2 best buy employees show up. They immediately put on shoe coverings and got to work! They were very polite and knowledgeable and provided their input on where to mount the TV, but ultimately left the decision to me. Before I knew it, they were finished. Based on this experience, I'd definitely consider using this service again.

Anybody that will come to Richland and actually perform a service is alright with me. We appreciate ya’ll out here in the Boonies.

The guys showed up on time and were very helpful installing and integrating the new tv with my older receiver.
