Geek squad installed and set up my television quickly, accurately and taught me the basics of using my new tv

I purchased an LG 65” oled E8 from Best Buy and had them install it on the family room wall. Very courteous staff and installed patiently. Few hiccups in item arrival and delays as a result, but all went smoothly after item arrived.

The 2 professionals that came out to install my Sony - 77" Class A9G MASTER Series OLED 4K UHD Smart Android TV and Legrand - In-Wall TV Power Kit did an excellent job. They were very professional. They answered any questions I had about the TV. They cleaned up after they were done and you would never know they have been their. The department that scheduled my install kept canceling the install date. I reached out to the store manager PK and the Regional manger Nelson. They took care of it. Thanks to them for making this purchase a good experience in the end.

Very happy with this service! They came on time and left my house clean. They were very knowledgeable, explained my TV features and answered all my questions. Couldn't be happier!

The agents did a great job! They measured the wall to exactly center the TV. The best thing was that before leaving the disinfected everything with Lysol (Coronavirus time). Very polite and professional people.

The Geek Squad put our TV swivel mount together and attached our new TV to it. He also set up the TV and remotes. He was fast, efficient, cordial and very professional.

I had Geek Squad mount a 75" TV above my fireplace. The 1st time they came out the TV was mounted off center. This wasn't their fault. The mount I already had didn't allow for centering and the people from Geek Squad knew it, asked if we were happy and one of the 2 said she wouldn't be happy with it being off center. Wife said it was fine. Later wife decided it wasn't fine so we called them to come back out. The 2 that came out out up a different mount that did allow centering free of extra charge. Wife and I are very happy with how it looks now and would 100% use Geek Squad again. Their price is higher than others but they made sure we were happy and didn't charge anything extra to make sure we were happy.

I wish I could give my Geek Squad install team 10 stars! They were polite, professional and super fast! I was surprised just how quick the TV was mounted. It took more time to get everything plugged in then to mount and level the TV.

TV installation was perfect. Best Buy also removed the broken TV. Installation techs showed up on time.

The installers were knowledgeable about the equipment they were installing along with my existing satellite and sound system. The synchronization was completed and all systems working together in no time.

My husband and I attempted to mount his new 65" television. Ran into some problems so he called Best Buy to have them install. The gentlemen that arrived were very professional knowledgeable and courteous. They installed the unit quickly.

Technicians were of great help and kept me informed throughout the entire installation which looks great!

I have gotten 3 TV's mounted by Geek and they have done an excellent job. I have one more to buy and mount so yes, I will be having Geek mount that one too!

Can't say enough good things about the GEEK SQUAD. Had problems at first with staying on the internet but when they came out, THEY TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN HOW TO USE EVERYTHING, EVEN THE ROUTER, and I have NOT had any problems since. Worth every penny.
