Fernando was really helpful in scheduling our appointment. Found a time slot that worked for us & set the tone for project success. Johnathan & Nathan were true pros for the outdoor soundbar installation project. Nathan was extraordinary. He & Charles installed our Peerless 65” outdoor TV last month & it looks & works fantastic! Just a wonderful TV for our screened in porch. For the soundbar, Nathan demonstrated great initiative by coordinating with Johnathan for installation since he was already familiar with our TV installation. Can’t say enough good about Nathan! TV with with Peerless soundbar create a great movie & sports experience!

Tech person readily mounted the LG 48" TV on existing brackets and set it up to work with Internet. Reception and picture quality is great.

We purchased our new 43" Sony TV and Kanto tabletop TV stand at Best Buy in no small part because we had read and heard that Best Buy's service is the best, and we're here to say it's true. The amazing team of Irelis and Joban did everything for us: deliver our new TV, open and assemble our Kanto stand which had been delivered separately, mount the TV, get us connected, and make sure we understood and could operate our new system before they left. They were terrific: prompt, professional, efficient, patient, courteous, pleasant, good-humored and just a total joy to have in our homes. We can't praise them highly enough. We were very, very impressed.

Mounting these large TV's can be a little tricky. My installation proved to have a few unique issues. However, the Geek Squad guys made my install a flawless near perfect installation. Everything looks great and functions perfectly. The various other electronics in my home were all added and synchronized to function perfectly also. One unexpected thing with my installation was my Geek Squad crew's sanitizing and doing everything possible to keep me, my home, my electronics. as well as themselves sanitized and as safe as possible. Their obvious trained and practiced techniques left me with no concern or fear of spreading of COVID-19! Hats off to Best Buy and my local Best Buy store for having my crew on their staff!

The 'Geeks' who came and mounted our TV were friendly and professional. They worked quickly and were careful to leave the area spotless. They carefully explained to us non tech savvy oldsters how to control the tv. We will use them again for all of our AV needs.

The agents mounted my TV in no time above fireplace and cleaned up all debris. They connected my devices and saved all active apps that we use. Showed me how to add more as well. Great experience!
