Could not have went any better! I finally spent the money and had them mount my tv. They were very professional, educated, and worked in a timely manner. I couldn't be more happier with the experience!

The agents mounted my TV that I bought to the height that I prefer. They were also knowledgeable with the electronics that they are installing. They customer service were on point. I will definitely use their service again.

Guys came by at the expected time, presented me with any options regarding where they could mount my tv. They also programmed the tv, removed all packaging and left me with a very professional looking job. Thx

Very pleased with the installation of the Samsung TV. The 2 geek squad techs (James and Joe) were very knowledgeable, professional; careful how they handled my house and furniture, and did the installation quickly. They made sure everything was explained on using the new TV as well andr worked with the TV ( cable box, wifi, etc.). would highly recommend them.

Geek squad representative Andres was not only thoughtful and paid attention to the exact details of height placement, he assisted educating my on the newer antennas and installed for me. I bought the antenna immediately. Outstanding service from the Geek squad.

They did a great job on hanging the tv. It was on an outside wall and was a little tricky but they did a great job.

The two young men that showed up at our house did a great job. They were very knowledgeable very respectful. Even helped us navigate through some of the apps.

The agents really knew what they were doing setting up my new The Frame TV. It was much trickier than I could have handled. They were also a wealth of information about which speaker should go where and what other components I could use to get the ultimate movie experience. They were quick and efficient. Friendly and neat....you could not ask for more!

The guys knew better than the book did on how to BEST make the mounts work for TV and sound bar. They walked me through everything and did not leave until all aspects of the set up had been demonstrated. It ended up better than any of us thought it would.

The Tv is great but we already new the sony brand as a reliable and great product. The installation was perfect. The young man from the Greek squan was perfect . He knew exactly was he was doing and was quick to install . I highly recommend him.

Everything was great but the price. It does not pay to have Geek Squad services like it used to. I probably will not renew.

Geek Squad staff arrived on time, were polite and confirmed what and where TV was to be mounted before starting installation. Staff were proficient and Installation was done quickly

It was a challenge for geek squad with a 85” Samsung on an odd shaped space but they stuck with it and got the job done. Looks great!
