The two service gentlemen who came to mount my TVs, sound system etc were excellent. They were knowledgable, efficient and pleasant.

Installers updated me on their ETA, and arrived within the scheduled window. Installation was clean and took less than an hour to complete.

My installation was timely and efficient. He called with updates, he called the night before to confirm, he gave a very accurate time estimate when in route and on top of that, friendly, professional and honest. I am very happy with this decision.

As promised two technicans came to remove the set from the box, hang it on an existing mount, and connect all the wiring. No problems. They knew what they were doing.

The guys arrived on time to mount TV and had some good suggestions about placement. They got everything connected and cleaned up after themselves. It’s a great service but I think it is too expensive for 30 minutes of work.

The third party installers came and removed my old TV and installed the new TV using my old brackets. They were courteous and helpful getting the new TV in operational order.

Both Geek Squad agents were polite and professional. Usually, I do all my own installation, but mounting a 85 inch TV on the wall was a b it too much for my. Geek Squad arrived on time and completed the mounting and setup quickly.
