Geek Squad got the new TV up and running. Installed on wall above fireplace. Charged extra for that, I got the charge refunded because I had already purchased the Geek Squad service package. Should not have had to do that in the first place.

The installers for both the TV and the Soundbar were contracted installers. They did a great job with both installations. Showed up on time, were knowledgeable about the product and completed the installations in a timely manner. They were very interested in making sure we were satisfied with the installations.

The technicians that mounted my TV were very efficient in getting the job done. They was also pleasant, which always a plus. He ensured I understood the basic operation of my TV before he departed.

I recently purchased a 65" Samsung TV and had it delivered and setup. The gentlemen that installed was very professional in making sure everything was working to my satisfaction. He was not in a Geek Squad vehicle nor in Best Buy uniform, so my assumption is a sub-contractor with Best Buy. There was no mounting required. The picture quality is superb and far exceeds my expectations.

The geek squad (Peter) installed TV on the wall perfectly, unfortunately we didn’t have the wireless cable box but he was kind enough to offer to come back!

Th e two men who mounted the tv for me were excellent; arrived right on time at the earliest portion of the time frame. They were personable and very efficient; did a great clean up after drilling the walls for the wires, etc. Very pleased.

had a tv and bluray w/ speaker system from best buy that I setup myself several years ago, for the past several years, could never get the audio lined up with dvd or bluray movies. When I upgraded another tv setup w/ best buy, I got offered the Geek Squad installation services, best money (and modest charge at that) I spent out of the whole purchase was having them come restore the connections on the older system, they found where a wire had broke on one of the speaker connections, and - tidy'd up the entire cable connections into a very respectable and more functional audio / video experience. So happy with the results, very pleased with Best Buy and Geek Squad. They sent two guys out and they were very polite, professional and expedient. Thumbs Up all the way!!!

Geek squad installed my TV’s on their mounts and installed all of my Sonos sound equipment and cable boxes and synced the remotes and sound equipment. Also made sure my wifi was updated for internet and streaming.
