The geek squad were awesome! They called me in advance to advise me of the arrival time. They were on time. Removed old wall mount installed electrical outlet where tv was going to be mounted. Hooked up the sound bar mount to the LG wall mount hooked up all the cables and went over the operating system. Left the work area cleaner than it was when they started. We’re polite and professional. Would use them again for any type of installation.

The installation of the mount was superior I was an audience to the procedure and I enjoyed their combined skill. Two Geek Squad members also brothers, worked with effortless simpatico.

Excellent professional services provided. I especially like that the installers offer suggestions, which I always accept. Overall I am very happy with the work the Geek Squad does.

I purchased this TV for about $200 and it is amazing. The remote is better than my Sharp TV with Roku as far as quality. It has thinner border, crisp picture quality, and the remote is better. I have not had this TV for a year yet, so we’ll see if it has the durability that it looks like it will have on the outside of the casing. Geek Squad did a great job remounting this replacement TV.

The tech was on time, had all of the supporting parts he needed, quickly mounted the TV and adjusted it, and even cleaned the screen. Perfect performance!

The agents mounted my new TV in no time and couldn't be happier. It's very study on the wall and they got the placement of it perfect. Definitely worth the extra cost to have them install it instead of us messing it up!

The installer, I believe his name was Ryan, was great. He was upbeat and took the time to make sure we got the TV where we wanted. Also he was really quick and efficient. He cleaned up well and even offered to discard the TV box for us.

Geek Squad did a terrific job installing my tv. They were very knowledgeable and went over any questions we had. Kevin has also been available to answer any questions even after the installation.
