Was expecting "Geek Squad". Instead, TV was installed by an outsourced 3rd party. They should up at the house with my new TV in the bed of their truck. Fortunately, there were no issues with the TV but was expecting something more professional. They were nice guys who did a good job. I had provided new 4K HDMI 2.1 cables. Only AFTER they completed the install did they tell me that they couldn't get one of the cables through the in-wall cable management tube. They setup my AppleTV device behind the TV just sitting on the mount. So far it's working fine but would have been nice if they had consulted me prior to making their own decision. The tube in the wall is 2 inches so there should not have been a problem with 2 HDMI cables. They were NOT equiped to handle this job. They could have easily fished the cables through but did not have the proper tools. Should not have cost me $250 for this job.

Total tech support is worthy it people. You get TV installations and other benefits. You must have this service. You save a ton of money as well. The professional work that Geek Squad does makes it worth the additional purchase.

Kai and Joe were great. They took the time to plan out the install before doing any work. They informed us that we could do a bigger TV on the wall that we have and if we didn't want to do that they'd be happy to install what we currently had. I was convinced enough to purchase a larger TV. I had them come back to my house and they truly did a great job and were a lot of fun to work with
