The Geek Squad did a great job mounting my TV. They taped the area the TV would hang, to make sure we were happy. Then verified everything was working with the devices attached to it. It looks great and I am grateful for their service.

Professional! They had Best Buy on their shirts. They knew what they were doing and weren't 3rd party contractors. Sure could tell the difference! The price is too high though!!

the two installers surveyed the space and facilities carefully then went about their work rapidly and effectively. they encountered a few unforeseen problems, but worked around them skillfully and left the finished installation quite neat.

The crew installed the mounting bracket, pulled wires from the media station, hooked up connectiokns and mounted our new 55 inch TV. They made sure it was working correctly. I only had to enter logins for accounts.

They mounted my tv without a problem and without bothering me and asking questions. It’s very straight and it took them less than an hour to ge the job done.

The agent arrived on time and mounted the TV as I wanted. He listened to me and answered all the questions I had, as well as demonstrating how to use it and showing me things I did not know about nor expect.

The Tech was there right on time. Was respectful of my house and things and did a great job of mounting the TV and connecting everything. He also helped with some adjustments to the TV that helped quite a bit. Excellent experience.

Installers were not Geek Squad because we needed a quick install at our office for a conference room/zoom meeting room. The installers came promptly, worked quickly, were pleasant, and did an excellent job.

My installers were Matt Hendrix and Mike Codello, and they went above and beyond to do a terrific job and make me happy with my new TV. Along with being knowledgeable and professional, Matt and Mike were warm, friendly and helpful in every way. I will request Matt and Mike to install every TV I every buy!
