The agent that my TV were great. The were right on time. The install of the TV , wall power kit, and the TV set up was fast. They cleaned everything up when they were done. Very pleased with intall.

We had calculated the position of the TV based on online recommendation but the Geek Squad told us that the recommended height wasn't good for a 77". we corrected our height and they were right.

The Geek squad guys were great.... in less than an hour they installed my 86 in tv to the wall and made sure it was perfectly centered to the wall and connected all the cable box and others to the tv. Amazing and clean job!!!

They mounted my TV and connected all of my devices also explained the TV remote and different options on the TV Great service however a little pricey since I was having two TVs mounted they could have gave a little bit of a discount since they were here anyway

The Geek Squad uninstalled a non - working tv and installed and mounted the new tv with no wires hanging as was my original expectation from my in store purchase with Best Buy three weeks after original purchase. They worked well together as a team and got the job done, but charged an amount that I was told I would not be required to pay any additional fees.

Best Buy always sets the best standard when it comes to ordering a television granted I had to wait for a little bit to get it in, but once the product came in, everybody was very professional to set up as Kwik and the installers were very informative on information

The TV we originally ordered did not work. The installers took it back and had a new one order and was installed the following week. I was not pleased to have to wait a total of 2 weeks. But the problem was taken care of with no further problems

Geek Squad guys were great. The crew that came out were knowledgeable and clean. Had my 77” tv installed in no time at all. They went through setup helping me with settings to get best picture. Would definitely use them again.

The team that came to do our mount were great. The showed up on time were very clean in their work and even with an older home and above fireplace mounting situation figured out a safe and secure way to get my TV mounted.
